We are professionals trained in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) techniques from organisations such as Behaviour Analyst Certification Board (BACB®) and Qualified Applied Behaviour Analysis Credentialing Board (QABA®). About The director Eugene has been working with children with special needs for more than half a decade. Upon graduating with a double degree in Psychology and Marketing, he started as an intern in a special needs education school where he first worked with children with special needs. Eugene felt that the special needs community in Singapore are overlooked and require support, hence he started his career in 2019 in an organisation where he conducted 1:1 Behaviour Therapy as a Registered Behaviour Technician. Since then, Eugene has provided support to a wide range of children with special needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Speech Delay and Developmental Delay. In 2024, Eugene became the first Singaporean to be certified as a Qualified Autism Service Practitioner – Supervisor (QASP-S). Eugene is also an associate member of the Singapore Psychological Society (MSPS). In 2025, he enhanced his expertise by completing formal training in the Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children – Fifth Edition (WISC-V) and obtaining a certification in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). This interdisciplinary training enables Eugene to integrate cognitive assessments and therapeutic strategies, providing a holistic approach to support children’s behavioral and emotional development.€‹ Eugene focuses on children aged 2 – 9 as he believes that the end goal of therapy is to promote school readiness, equipping them with appropriate social skills, communication skills and academic skills whether is it in a mainstream setting or a special needs school setting. With more than 4000 therapy hours conducted, Eugene has a wealth of experience ready to support the children and help parents navigate through the Singapore education system.
